What information do we collect?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by emailing us at customer.service@vicsfashions.com. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. 

To delete all of your online account information from our database, please email us a request and we will remove all information from our databases. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Returns, Refunds, Shipping and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Please email customer.service@vicsfashions.com to request a refund and we will provide you with an authorization number.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

Vic’s Fashions does not charge a restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.  In the event a product is delivered defective or damaged Vic’s Fashions will refund any shipping and/or handling charges you paid. 

Exchanges

If the product you are exchanging is unused, you may exchange the product for a different size, color or another product of equal of greater value than the purchased product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

We do not allow back orders of any products on our website.

FAQ

1.       How do I select the correct size for my pet?  Each product has a sizing description for that product.  You should select the measurements that most closely match your pet to purchase the correct size. Keep in mind the sizing chart for the pet products reflects the measurements of the product itself, not the measurements of your pet. Select the product that most closely matches your pets measurements.

2.     Do you share my information?  No.  Please see our Privacy Policy for full details, which you will find on our website on the Terms and Conditions page.

3.     Is my information safe when I shop on your website?  Yes, please see our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions Policy.

4.     Do you charge tax on orders?  No, we currently do not charge tax on orders except orders placed in Florida. Because we are located in Florida we are required by Florida law to charge all customers within the state sales tax on all orders. However, we remain in compliance with all tax laws and should tax laws change requiring us to charge tax we will change this policy at that time.

5.     Can I check my order status or track my order?  Yes, you do have the ability to do this. We provide our customers with tracking numbers for all orders.
